Stewart is a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor and has over 18 years experience within the construction and surveying industry. Whilst developing key working and client relationships in the growth of Baya BC Ltd, he has developed a broad range of experience across typical building consultancy service lines, collaborating with both public and private sector clients throughout the UK.
In between managing his work life, Stewart enjoys nothing more than catching up on all things football related and spending time with his family developing their smallholding with their two dogs, Ci Ci and Hercules (Baya BC's office mascots). He can also be found on many golf courses requesting breakfast balls at every opportunity!

Andy is a Director at Baya BC Ltd and a RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience. He brings a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic insight gained across both corporate and private sectors.
Andy's valued experience spans dilapidations, contract administration, technical due diligence, insurance valuations, building pathology and trusted client advisory work, through roles with British Airways, HSBC, King Sturge and 21 years at Lambert Smith Hampton, where he served as Senior Director and Midlands regional lead.
Alongside his professional career, he is actively involved in community schemes, notably project managing the redevelopment of a scout facility as an Executive Member of Hagley Scouts, for which he received the Chief Scout Certificate signed by Bear Grylls. Outside of work, he enjoys family life, rural interests, touring caravanning across the UK and Europe and outdoor activities including dog walking and football.

David Bridges MRICS is a Director at Baya BC Ltd with over 15 years’ experience in Building Consultancy and Project Management. He has worked across all major property types, providing clear, focussed advice specific in meeting key client and stakeholder requirements.
David has experience in delivering new-build industrial developments, with project values reaching up to £50 million. He is known for his hands-on approach and commercially focused mindset, having the required skill set and the suitable capabilities in managing and delivering projects from pre to post construction.
Outside of work, David enjoys mountain biking, rock climbing, time at the beach with his family and coaching the Cheddar Under-11 football team, keeping active outside work wherever professional demands allow.
Peter has over 40 years experience in industry with the last 25 years specialising in new build projects in the UK and Europe.
